Phenotype and Colorectal Cancer Risk in APC I1307K Homozygotes
This is the largest cohort of APC I1307K homozygotes reported to date.
APC I1307K homozygotes do not appear to have an increased risk for polyposis or other features associated with classic FAP, although one had a desmoid tumor.
Similar to heterozygotes, homozygotes appear to have an increased risk for colorectal cancer.
