Review tools of UCSC Genome Browser: From basic to advanced

  • Robert Kuhn, Phd with UCSC Genome Browser and Ambry Genetics' Vruti Mehta, MS, CGC

The UCSC Genome Browser is a suite of tools that brings a wide range of whole-genome data to the fingertips in a web-based interface. Gene predictions and links from them to external resources allow users to find and interpret disparate data in a consistent interface. The Table Browser allows extraction of such data in a highly configurable manner. During this webinar we will review the tool with a live demo to interactively visualize genomic data and review the tools for analyzing and downloading information.
