Digital PCR

Digital PCR (dPCR) partitions a sample into hundreds of individual real-time reactions, increasing sensitivity and enabling researchers to accurately quantitate allele copy number.

dPCR has a wide range of applications, including detecting low-fold copy number variations, rare allele detection, haplotyping and gene expression analysis.  Ambry Genetics offers reliable dPCR results utilizing the integrated fluidic circuits (IFCs) on the Fluidigm Digital Array™.
